Ethics & Compliance
Tel Aviv Capital operates at the intersection of global defense and government market environments, where the standards of conduct must be uncompromising. Following Israel’s entry into the OECD Anti-Bribery Convention in March 2009 and the subsequent guidelines established by the Director General of the Ministry of Defense, compliance with anti-bribery and anti-corruption frameworks became a condition for holding marketing and export licenses from the Defense Export Control Agency (DECA). Tel Aviv Capital meets and upholds this standard in full.
Ethical conduct is not a checkbox at Tel Aviv Capital; it is the foundation upon which every business relationship is built. Our management regards compliance as a matter of the highest priority, and this commitment extends to every level of the organization: executives, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, and business partners operating anywhere in the world. We maintain a structured anti-corruption policy that strictly prohibits any improper payment, gift, or attempt to influence the course of business, whether directed at government officials or any other party. Compliance is a personal responsibility. Every individual operating within or on behalf of Tel Aviv Capital across sales, marketing, finance, contracts, and export functions bears direct accountability for their conduct. All personnel are required to know the company’s policies and procedures and to report any concern regarding a potential violation to the appropriate authorities. At Tel Aviv Capital, professionalism, reliability, and integrity are not aspirational values; they are the conditions under which we do business.
