SECTOR 1: Defense Export
Tel Aviv Capital operates as a premier Israeli defense export company, providing end-to-end market access to combat-proven defense technologies for governments, defense ministries, national procurement authorities, and institutional defense partners worldwide.
Our Defense Export activity spans the full operational spectrum: Combat Systems delivering kinetic and non-kinetic solutions validated in real-world conflict environments; ISR and C4ISR platforms enabling persistent situational awareness, multi-domain command integration, and intelligence-driven decision-making; Border Protection systems combining physical, electronic, and surveillance-based layers into integrated perimeter solutions; Tactical Solutions designed for operational deployment by special forces, infantry units, and rapid response teams; Dual-Use technologies positioned at the intersection of civilian critical infrastructure and defense-grade performance; and advanced Subsystems supplying the mission-critical functional components that form the backbone of integrated defense platforms.
Every solution we represent has been validated at TRL-9 through operational deployment, not simulated environments. We work exclusively with technologies that have demonstrated measurable impact in the field. Our advisory structure draws on former senior officers of the IDF, Mossad, Shin Bet, and Unit 8200, as well as executives of leading Israeli defense technology companies. These relationships allow us to identify, qualify, and position technologies with the credibility and institutional depth that defense procurement demands.
Tel Aviv Capital provides direct, regulated access to Israeli and global defense capabilities through permanent regional offices across the Balkans, Baltic-Nordic states, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America. Our teams are embedded on the ground, working within procurement ecosystems rather than approaching them from the outside.
All activities are strictly licensed and supervised by the Israeli Defense Export Controls Agency (DECA). Due to the sensitive nature of these partnerships and applicable regulatory requirements, further details are available to qualified parties under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
SECTOR 2: Homeland Security & Public Safety
Tel Aviv Capital’s Homeland Security and Public Safety sector addresses the growing demand for integrated, technology-driven solutions that protect civilian populations, critical national infrastructure, and public institutions from evolving threats.
Our activity in this sector spans Police Technologies providing law enforcement agencies with advanced operational tools including crowd management systems, non-lethal capabilities, mobile command platforms, and evidence management solutions; Safe Cities delivering intelligent urban security frameworks that integrate surveillance networks, analytics platforms, real-time incident management, and emergency response coordination at city and national scale; Investigation Platforms supporting intelligence-led law enforcement through digital forensics tools, open-source intelligence systems, data correlation engines, and lawful intercept capabilities compliant with international legal frameworks; Border Control offering integrated solutions for passenger and cargo screening, document verification, biometric identification, and cross-border intelligence sharing, designed for land, sea, and air entry points; and Public Safety systems enabling emergency services, civil defense agencies, and national crisis management authorities with early-warning infrastructure, mass notification capabilities, and interoperable communication networks.
The technologies we represent in this sector are operationally proven across diverse deployment environments, from high-density urban centers to remote border regions. Israeli capabilities in this domain carry a unique operational credibility, shaped by decades of experience managing complex, multi-threat security environments with both strategic depth and operational precision.
Our advisory network includes former senior officials with direct experience in national security, law enforcement command structures, and public safety operations. This expertise allows us to identify technologies that are not only technically advanced but operationally relevant to the specific environments in which our partners operate.
SECTOR 3: Cyber & Digital Sovereignty
Tel Aviv Capital’s Cyber and Digital Sovereignty sector represents a curated portfolio of advanced Israeli capabilities addressing the most critical dimensions of national cyber resilience, digital infrastructure protection, and sovereign communications security.
Our activity covers four primary domains. Cyber Defense offensive-aware defensive capabilities, including threat intelligence platforms, endpoint detection and response systems, network monitoring and anomaly detection, and incident response frameworks built for government and national security environments. Critical Infrastructure Protection secures the operational technology and industrial control systems that underpin national power grids, water systems, transportation networks, financial infrastructure, and telecommunications environments where compromise carries consequences at the national scale. Secure Communications sovereign-grade encrypted communication platforms, quantum-resistant transmission systems, and command-grade communication infrastructure designed for defense, intelligence, and government institutions that cannot accept commercially managed solutions. Intelligence Systems' advanced capabilities at the intersection of cyber and intelligence operations, supporting national intelligence authorities and defense establishments with tools for signal collection, data processing, pattern recognition, and mission-critical information superiority.
Israel’s cyber ecosystem stands among the most operationally experienced in the world, shaped by decades of conflict-driven innovation and continuous real-world adversarial pressure. The capabilities we represent have been developed and refined within this environment, resulting in solutions that are not theoretical constructs but field-tested instruments of national security.
Tel Aviv Capital’s advisory structure in this domain draws directly on former leadership of Israeli cyber and intelligence units, providing an institutional understanding of both capability and context that positions us uniquely within this sector.
SECTOR 4: Defense Manufacturing & Industrial
Tel Aviv Capital’s Partnerships sector reflects the company’s strategic commitment to building long-term industrial, commercial, and institutional relationships that extend the reach and depth of Israeli defense and dual-use technology across global markets.
Our partnership activity operates along two primary axes.
The first is Defense Manufacturing and Industrial Partnerships, anchored by our exclusive global representation of Parveen Industries Private Ltd (India), one of the most capable heavy-gauge metallic fabrication operations in the international defense supply chain. Parveen engineers and manufactures the non-explosive metallic structures that form the structural backbone of modern ammunition assemblies, including shell bodies, mortar cartridges, artillery rocket structures, SABOT assemblies, stabilization fins, hermetic storage vessels, and blast-resistant transport components. Every component is produced to defense procurement dimensional tolerances and backed by full in-house non-destructive testing, ultrasonic and magnetic particle inspection, hardness validation, and dimensional metrology. Tel Aviv Capital provides defense primes, procurement authorities, and ammunition manufacturers with direct, regulated access to Parveen’s production capabilities under full DECA compliance.
The second axis is CNC Precision Manufacturing, representing advanced CNC machining and precision metallic fabrication capabilities for defense-grade production requirements, including multi-axis precision machining, high-pressure vessel fabrication, and structural components for defense platforms and ammunition systems. This activity serves prime contractors, defense procurement agencies, and Tier-1 integrators that require validated, high-tolerance manufacturing partners within a compliant and institutionally credible supply chain.
Across both axes, Tel Aviv Capital’s role is to provide qualified international defense partners and procurement authorities with structured, compliant access to industrial manufacturing capabilities that meet the exacting standards of defense procurement, combining institutional relationships, cross-border market access, and full regulatory adherence.
