Dual-Use

Tel Aviv Capital represents advanced dual-use technologies designed for critical, regulated, and mission-relevant environments.

We work with technology providers operating at the intersection of healthcare, security, and operational systems, connecting them with government bodies, national authorities, regulated financial institutions, and organizations responsible for resilient infrastructure and emergency readiness.

Through strategic introductions and cross-border market access, we enable scalable adoption of technologies with both civilian and defense-relevant applications.

By leveraging deep domain expertise and extensive regional networks, Tel Aviv Capital ensures that innovations are effectively positioned, compliant with local and international regulations, and operationally relevant. Our role bridges the gap between technology providers and decision-makers, facilitating collaborations that strengthen system resilience, enhance operational efficiency, and support critical infrastructure across healthcare, security, and regulated sectors.

Subsystems

Our Subsystems activity focuses on identifying, integrating, and delivering mission-critical functional units that form the backbone of advanced defense systems. We work with Tier-1 suppliers and specialized technology providers delivering high-performance subsystems across Sensors and Detection, C4I (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence), Propulsion and Energy, Secure Communications, and Guidance and Targeting solutions.

These subsystems are designed to operate as independent, high-reliability components while seamlessly integrating into complex operational platforms.

This activity is supported by strategic advisors and former senior officials from elite Israeli defense and intelligence units, as well as experienced executives from leading defense technology companies. Their operational expertise enables us to identify Combat Proven subsystems with validated performance in real-world scenarios.

We represent a curated portfolio of leading Israeli and international companies, while continuously sourcing advanced subsystem technologies from global markets - ensuring our partners gain access to scalable, interoperable, and mission-ready capabilities tailored to evolving operational requirements.

CNC

Tel Aviv Capital exclusively represents Parveen Industries Private Ltd, internationally one of the most capable heavy-gauge metallic fabrication operations in the global defense supply chain.

Parveen engineers and manufactures the non-explosive metallic structures that form the structural backbone of modern ammunition assemblies. Heavy hydraulic forging, multi-axis CNC precision machining, and high-pressure vessel fabrication are produced to the dimensional tolerances and material specifications demanded by defense procurement standards. Shell bodies, mortar cartridges, artillery rocket structures, SABOT assemblies, stabilization fins, hermetic storage vessels, and blast-resistant transport components are among the core outputs.

Every component is backed by in-house non-destructive testing and full metallic certification. Ultrasonic Testing and Magnetic Particle Inspection are applied as standard across cast and forged bodies. Hardness validation, destructive stress testing, and dimensional metrology are embedded in the production cycle.

Tel Aviv Capital provides defense primes, procurement authorities, and ammunition manufacturers with direct, regulated access to Parveen’s production capabilities, combining institutional relationships, cross-border market access, and full DECA licensing compliance.

Due to the sensitive nature of these partnerships and regulatory requirements, further details are available to qualified parties under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
