Tel Aviv Capital is an exporter of critical Israeli technologies for defense and security organizations, national infrastructure assets, government agencies, and private institutions.

Established in 2016, the company developed cross-border operational capabilities through ventures in the Israeli and European financial sectors. As its activities expanded, Tel Aviv Capital formed a dedicated corporate business scouting unit and recruited former senior executives to evaluate and structure high-impact ventures aligned with long-term value creation and sustainable growth.

Since 2023, the company has also supported offshore IT staffing and represented select fintech and medtech companies. Beginning in 2026, Tel Aviv Capital will operate solely as an exporter of Israeli Defense and Dual-Use technologies, with a focus on strategic markets across the Baltic-Nordic states, the Asia-Pacific region, and Latin America.
