About Uri Shmueli

Uri Shmueli is the CEO and Founder of Tel Aviv Capital Holdings, a privately owned investment group he founded in 2016, operating across Israel and Europe.
 
Before founding Tel Aviv Capital, Uri built a successful career in the Israeli financial sector beginning as one of the youngest CEOs at the Clal Insurance Group (TASE: CLIS), later serving as Vice President of Business Development at Dash Investment House (now Meitav Dash, TASE: MTAV), Deputy CEO of Migdal Capital Markets within Migdal Group (TASE: MGDL), and Deputy CEO of AIG Israel, part of the global AIG Group (NYSE: AIG).

Through Tel Aviv Capital, Uri has since founded and scaled technology-driven ventures spanning fintech, medtech, defense, software development, and international distribution, creating strategic bridges between European innovation, particularly in the Nordic-Baltic region, and the Israeli market.

 

His leadership philosophy emphasizes transparency, efficiency, and governance excellence, and his vision is to cultivate cross-continental partnerships that fuse finance and technology to generate long-term value.
